Human Rights Art Display

During the month of March, the Lincoln Theatre art gallery will host a Human Rights Display by local Skagit Valley artists.

An opening for this event will be on Friday March 5th from 5-7pm, at the Lincoln Theatre in downtown Mount Vernon. The Human Rights Display will be up throughout the month of March, in conjunction with the Skagit Human Rights Festival.
